Our story

Bharath started SB Electricals in 2025 from a small workshop in Moodalapalya, Nagarabhavi, after spending nearly a decade watching Bangalore homeowners struggle with the same problem: a solar salesman would promise the world, hand the actual electrical work to a subcontractor, and disappear the moment the inverter threw an error. Having trained as a licensed electrician and worked on BESCOM-connected sites across Bengaluru Urban, he believed solar should be treated as electrical infrastructure first — and that the same team that designed the system should be the one climbing the roof, wiring the panel, and answering the phone two years later.

What began as Bharath, a helper, and a second-hand ladder has grown into a tight-knit crew of in-house technicians and project engineers, but the rule he set on day one still stands: no outsourced labour, no hidden add-ons, and no hand-off between sales and service. Every installation — from a 3 kW home in JP Nagar to a 40 kW plant in Peenya — is run by SB Electricals employees who report directly to him, which is how the company has built its reputation almost entirely through word-of-mouth in Bangalore’s residential colonies and industrial pockets.

Today, Bharath still visits the first site survey of every commercial project and personally reviews each BESCOM net-metering file before submission. His aim is not to become the biggest solar company in Karnataka, but the one Bangalore property owners trust to do the job right the first time — and stand by it for the next twenty-five years.
